Punjabi Garam Masala is actually garam masala which is a combination of hot spices for flavouring different Punjabi recipes. In this masala, we don’t add coriander seeds. Its flavour is so strong that a little quantity of it does the magic. I make all the spices at home may be coriander powder, garam masala powder, sambhar masala, red chilli or black pepper powder.
