Directions Of Use-
Ingredients Required: 500 g Mutton (with bones), 3-4 Onions (200 g), 2-3 Tomatoes (150 g), 3 tbsp Oil, 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste, 2 tsp Coriander powder, 1 tsp Red Chilli powder, a pinch of Turmeric powder, 3/4 tsp Salt.
1. In a pressure cooker, fry chopped onions in the oil till golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Cook on low flame till oil separates.
2. Add pre-cut mutton pieces into the onion tomato masala and cook on high flame for 10 minutes.
3. Add 2 Cups (300 ml) water along with 2 tbsp (16 g) Knorr Chef's Meat Masala, mix well, close the pressure cooker, bring to 2 whistles and cook on slow flame for 30 minutes or till the mutton is done. Serve hot.
